    SHEPARD FAIREY DECLARED new PROPAGANDA CZAR

    Here we have the last of my “oldie-but-goody” blogs from theTrepaNation.com’s first incarnation. You may have seen this article on Alex Jones’ InfoWars.com (one of my prouder moments). It’s all fresh material from here on out ;)

    I wouldn’t be surprised if I saw that headline on tomorrows MSNBC homepage. With the amount of unconstitutional “Czars” created under Obama now topping 28, (second most ever, being 5). Until it is formally declared though, it can be the title of this article. Why such a biting sarcasm you ask? Well… I suppose there is an element of dramatic effect in my motives, but honestly it is more a result of my feeling of betrayal.

    CANCER or CONSCIOUSNESS?

    In “the Matrix” Agent Smith spouts a fancifully-cancerful diatribe to a bloodied and bound Morpheus, in which he spitefully characterizes the human race as a cancer, out of balance with the rest of the natural world.

    The concept that the human race can be compared to a cancer on our planet has been mused by the media and by the many for years. It is powerful imagery that resonates in times of eco tragedy, much like we see with today’s oil-spill in the Gulf of Mexico. It also is powerfully relatable, having the ability to make us, as individuals more mindful of our actions. Just like a cancer victim adjusts their lifestyle to rid their own bodies of cancer.
